Support & training
Our technical team is responsible for the ongoing monitoring of your skills, as well as responding to your requests for technical development or training. Via the training centre belonging to our sister company, Elgon, employees have easy access to training, whether it’s with your clients, with your team or individually. We also give you the option of obtaining certification throughout the year on a range of subjects.

This idea really spoke to us. We feel it is vital to listen to what consultants have to say and to what they want to do. What we do is take an interest in them, turning the tables and, instead of “making skills fit a given client need”, we find out what it is that motivates them, what their ideal project is and then find it for them.
As part of this new collaboration, at Elgon, a company which always values its employees, we strive to ensure that projects are executed correctly through a system of regular technical monitoring. Consultants evolve on a daily basis, they have their own aspirations when they join us, and we hope that they also want to develop in their careers.
Meetings are held once a year, or more frequently should consultants so wish. The purpose of these meetings is to discuss positive aspects and areas for improvement with a view towards development, all the while reassuring consultants with regards to their work and the visibility of their projects as far as the client is concerned.
Given that this is a tripartite relationship, meetings are scheduled involving the service company, the consultant and the relevant point of contact from the client.
Naturally, technical matters are discussed, but we also make sure to assess things from a human perspective. These technical assessments are used to identify the consultant’s expectations from a technical point of view, in addition to determining whether or not they require training or if they would like to refine their skills in relation to a technology with which they would like to become an expert. They are also useful for measuring consultant satisfaction within the scope of their assignment and with regards to the work being carried out. These discussions are open and are held between the client point of contact, who will be writing their own assessment, and the consultant, who will be writing theirs. This will also involve discussing targets for the next period.
During the second phase, the human assessment, we evaluate the consultant’s overall satisfaction as far as their assignment is concerned and in relation to their integration within the client’s team and within Elgon.
In the event of any difficulties being encountered, we are in a position to offer solutions from both a human and a technical perspective.”
